Meet McArthur Homes Quality Control Manager Dean West.
Dean was voted as Employee of the Quarter in November and has worked for McArthur Homes for a little over four years. Before a McArthur Homes home-buyer closes on their beautiful new home, Dean will greet them at their future home for the “Home Buyer Orientation Tour”. While there, he will orient the home-buyer to the warranty program, discuss concerns and give helpful home care tips.

2.) What is your personal philosophy? Being upfront with everyone and all substance – no fluff.
3.) What’s one thing you couldn’t live without? Mountains
4.) What is the one thing you cannot resist? Cadbury Fruit and Nut Bars
5.) What is your greatest fear? Crowds ( Christmas shopping at a mall)
6.) Where is your favorite place to be? Mountains
7.) What is your favorite thing to do? Ski and Fish
8.) Where is the best place you have traveled to? Alaska
9.) What’s the weirdest job you have ever had? I was paid a nickel a roll to extract gunpowder from rolls of caps.
10.) What does true leadership mean to you? To be honest and upfront. To lead by example and roll up my own sleeves when needed and not be above it.
11.) What has been the most important innovation you have witnessed in your lifetime? NASA because of the technology that has come from it.
12.) If you could do another job for just one day, what would it be? Fighter Pilot
13.) What would you tell yourself at age 13? Education is Everything.
14.) How do you define success? Having a Family that loves and respects each other and likes to be together.
15.) Tell us something that might surprise us about you. I worked for the FBI in Washington D.C.
