McArthur Homes welcomes and encourages Realtor participation in our sales process. In order to ensure that all parties are treated fairly, we have adopted the following guidelines:
To be eligible to earn a commission, Realtors must be the procuring cause of the sale as evidenced by their involvement in directing the prospect to McArthur Homes. Such evidence must include either (a) personally accompanying and register prospects on their first visit to our on-site sales center and prior to an online registration by the prospect with our online sales counselors, or (b) register the prospect online prior to the prospects first visit to our on-site sales center and prior to an online registration by the prospect with our online sales counselor.
An initial visit without the Realtor by an unregistered prospect to one of our communities would make the Realtor ineligible for a commission.
A registration by the prospect online, as well as engagement with our online sales counselor, without a prior registration by the Realtor would make a Realtor ineligible for a commission.
Separate registrations are required at each community.
The Realtor will be eligible to receive commissions on agreements which are executed within 60 days of registration. The Realtor may register a prospect again to extend a registration.
The Realtor must have a Buyer Agency agreement with the prospect, acknowledging the Realtor as the prospect’s agent in purchasing a home.
McArthur Homes will not reduce sale prices, or compensate any licensed agent, in any way other than by paying the agreed upon commission to the agent’s licensed broker, without the broker’s written consent.
Commissions will be paid in accordance with the Broker Commission Agreement.
McArthur Homes and our sales representatives will implement proven processes and systems to deliver a smooth transaction, construction process and closing.
All offers will be written on McArthur Homes sales agreements. The earnest money will be deposited in McArthur Realty’s Earnest Money Trust Account.
