Meet Paige, our friendly Online Sales Counselor! She’s here to make your home-buying journey as smooth and enjoyable as possible, answering all your questions and helping you in your first steps to find the perfect home.
Paige loves connecting with people and takes pride in guiding families toward their dream homes. When she’s not helping future homeowners, you’ll find her playing volleyball, hiking, or embarking on exciting new adventures.
Spencer Maughan
Community Sales Manager
Spencer has been a Community Sales Manager for McArthur Homes since July 2014. He loves meeting new people and enjoys helping them find the right home for their desires and needs. Because of his years of experience with new home construction and McArthur Homes, he can help guide people successfully through the process of selecting, building, and purchasing their new home.
Spencer has been married to his lovely wife for over 20 years and enjoys camping, hiking, and playing games with his four children.
Stephanie Worton
Community Sales Manager
Stephanie is proud to be a Utah native where she has spent a lifetime curating her love for being in and near the mountains. She studied Architecture at the University of Utah, wrote a few books, and designed and built a few homes of her own before joining the McArthur team.
With her background in design and construction, she is able to help customers envision and find the right home for their lifestyles and needs. Whether it is their first home or their forever home, Stephanie loves working with customers as they watch their visions come to life. In her spare time you can find her drawing, writing, gardening, traveling with her family, and snuggling with her dogs.
Holly Tilley
Community Sales Manager
Holly loves helping people build their first home or their dream home and believes the process should feel exciting from start to finish. She has a passion for design and enjoys guiding buyers through selections, bringing their vision to life. She also loves meeting new people and getting to know her clients — building lasting relationships is one of the most rewarding parts of her job.
Outside of work, Holly enjoys tackling DIY projects, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family. She’s a proud mom to a daughter and baby boy, has traveled the world with her husband, and loves exploring new places and cultures.

Kaleb is a Community Sales Associate with McArthur Homes who is passionate about building genuine relationships and helping buyers feel confident throughout the homebuying process. He enjoys getting to know people, understanding their needs, and guiding them through each step as they make one of the most important decisions of their lives.
Kaleb is completing his Bachelor’s degree in Communications this fall, which complements his passion for connecting with clients and guiding them through the homebuying process. Known for his friendly and approachable style, Kaleb strives to create a comfortable, positive experience from the first visit through closing.
He takes pride in being a helpful resource and making the process feel clear, smooth, and enjoyable. Outside of work, Kaleb enjoys being outdoors and attending sporting events. He also enjoys commentating football and basketball games as a hobby, which reflects his love for communication and connecting with people.
Krista Hurst
Design Consultant
With a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and over 25 years of industry experience, Krista brings a wealth of knowledge to every client meeting at the Design Studio. She understands that building a home is one of life’s biggest milestones, and she is dedicated to making the selection process both seamless and inspiring.
While Krista keeps up on the latest design trends, her core philosophy is simple: a home should be a reflection of the people who live there. She prides herself on helping homeowners find the perfect balance between modern aesthetics and timeless comfort.
When she isn’t at the studio, you’ll likely find Krista in the mountains or enjoying the great outdoors. A true creative at heart, she spends her weekends tackling home renovation projects or working in her garden. Above all, she cherishes time spent with her husband and three daughters, navigating the beautiful chaos of family life.
